Refund Policy
We want BraveHeart to genuinely help you. If it does not, we offer a clear, fair refund policy with no hostile back-and-forth.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
For first-time paid subscriptions, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase for any reason. Just email [email protected] from the email on your account.
2. Renewals
- Monthly renewals are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
- Annual renewals are refundable on a pro-rated basis if requested within 7 days of renewal.
3. Lifetime Plan
Lifetime purchases follow the same 14-day full-refund window. After 14 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
4. Exceptions
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
- Refund requests made more than 14 days after the original purchase, except annual renewals as above.
- Payment disputes filed without contacting us first.
