Terms of Service

Welcome to BraveHeart. BraveHeart is an AI-driven conversation practice platform designed to help socially anxious individuals rehearse real-life social situations in a safe, private environment. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country, to use BraveHeart. If you are under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian has approved your use of the Service.

2. Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • You agree not to share your account or use someone else’s account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the platform.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit content involving minors; reverse-engineer or overload our systems; resell Service output without permission; or use the Service to provide medical, legal, or psychological advice to third parties.

BraveHeart is a practice and rehearsal tool. It is not a substitute for professional therapy, mental-health treatment, or crisis support. If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. AI-Generated Content

Conversations and feedback are generated by large language models. Output may be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate. You are responsible for how you use it. Do not rely on AI feedback for high-stakes decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

We own the Service, software, branding, and curated scenarios. You retain ownership of the content you input. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it for operating the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided as is without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Service.
